Exchange Policy

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Note: Exchange is not possible unless you have received an item different from your order, or you have received your order damaged. If the tag of any of the products was torn, the product won't be subject to exchange. 

To start an exchange, you can contact us at or via WhatsApp at (81 707 703) - If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how we'll exchange your order. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
